A personal website, not a developer's
This is the personal website of Amit Jagdish Shah, a real estate agent registered with the Maharashtra Real Estate Regulatory Authority under Agent Reg. No. A51900000415. It is not the official website of any developer, and no developer has reviewed or approved its contents.
Projects shown on this site
Each project is registered with MahaRERA. Verify any project at maharera.maharashtra.gov.in using the registration number and QR code shown on its card and in the footer.
Prices, offers, payment plans and availability are indicative, change without notice, and are subject to the developer's terms and the registered agreement for sale. Carpet areas are as per the MahaRERA registration. Distances and travel times are as per the developer's brochures. Images are artist's impressions unless labelled as site photographs with a month and year.

The project is funded by YES Bank, which will provide NOC/permission for sale of units. Prices marked "++" exclude taxes, stamp duty and registration charges.
Calculator results
The stamp duty and all-in cost calculator gives indicative figures from publicly notified rates, recorded in the site's rates file with a source and a verification date. Final figures are in the developer's cost sheet and the registered agreement. The calculator is not financial advice.
